Unfortunately, the new rules still show an ambiguity for solar district heating plants, since it is not specified if the yield should be calculated at a temperature of 50 or of 70 °C. The specific incentive could then range from about 170 €/m² to about 255 €/m², depending on the interpretation of the law. Therefore, market actors are waiting for an official clarification from the Ministry of Economic Development and from GSE, the state-owned company managing the incentive scheme.
